Refund & Returns Policy

At Sock-o-diles, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you expected, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll do our best to sort it out quickly.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • You must provide proof of purchase (like an order confirmation)

  • A photo of the issue may be requested to help us assess the situation

 

Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully when ordering.

 

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within a few working days. We’ll let you know as soon as it’s been issued.

 

Return Shipping

If we ask you to return an item, we’ll let you know whether return postage is covered or not—it depends on the situation.
