 Processing Times

• All orders are packed with care and usually shipped within 2–7 business days after payment is received.

• We'll send you a confirmation email when your order is on the way.

 

Shipping Within New Zealand

• We offer shipping across NZ.

• Shipping is via NZ Post or local courier, depending on the size of your order.

• Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days (rural areas may take a little longer).

 Pick-Up Option

• If you're local to Auckland, you can choose free local pickup at checkout. We'll email you to arrange a pickup time and location.

 

Shipping Costs

• Standard shipping: can vary depending on order- standard $14.00 NZD

• Pickup: Free

 

International Shipping

At this time, we are only shipping within New Zealand. If you're overseas and interested in our Sock-o-diles, feel free to reach out—we’d love to hear from you!

 

Delays

We do our best to get your order to you quickly, but delays may happen (especially around holidays or courier disruptions). If your order hasn't arrived after 7 working days, please contact us.
