Welcome to Sock-o-diles! By placing an order through our website or social media, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

 

Orders

  • All products are subject to availability. We’ll let you know  as soon as possible if something you ordered is out of stock.

  • Once your order is confirmed and paid, we’ll get it ready for shipping or pick-up.

 

Payment

  • We accept payment by bank transfer or through approved platforms (Stripe.)

  • Full payment must be made before your order is shipped or ready for collection.

 

Shipping & Delivery

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies once your package has been shipped.

 

Returns & Refunds

  • We take pride in the quality of our Sock-o-diles! If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns or refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Privacy

  • We only collect the personal information needed to process and ship your order.

Product Use

  • Sock-o-diles are designed to help keep socks together during washing and drying. Please follow any care instructions included with your order.

  • We are not liable for any damage resulting from misuse of the product.

 

Fundraising Use

  • If you’re using Sock-o-diles as part of a fundraising plan, special terms may apply. Please contact us directly to learn more or request a fundraiser pack.
